Navigating between 2 venues plus group chats will kill your phone by 11am. Fully charged before you leave.
Snacks
Tournament food runs out. Pack backup snacks regardless of what the concession stand looks like on paper.

Tournament bathrooms. You know.
Printed or screenshot schedule
2 venues. Know where you're going before you leave the parking lot — cell signal near sports complexes is unreliable.
Extra uniform
Two-day tournament. Saturday uniforms will not be game-ready by Sunday morning without a backup.
Ibuprofen / first aid basics
Long weekend, dirt, heat, sore everything. You will need at least one of these.
Rain poncho (not an umbrella)
Ponchos leave your hands free for a chair, a kid, and a phone. Umbrellas at baseball tournaments are a social contract violation.
