Navigating between 5 venues plus group chats will kill your phone by 11am. Fully charged before you leave.
Snacks
Tournament food runs out. Pack backup snacks regardless of what the concession stand looks like on paper.
Plan to arrive early
With 80 teams, parking and check-in lines move slow. Budget extra time before first pitch.
Hand sanitizer
Tournament bathrooms. You know.
Printed or screenshot schedule
5 venues. Know where you're going before you leave the parking lot — cell signal near sports complexes is unreliable.
Hotel booking confirmation
Stay-to-play required. Confirm your reservation before you travel — out-of-area teams without hotel bookings can be removed from the bracket.
Extra uniform or laundry bag
Hotel checkout plus an early bracket game is tight. Pack a clean backup uniform.
Ibuprofen / first aid basics
Long weekend, dirt, heat, sore everything. You will need at least one of these.
Rain poncho (not an umbrella)
Ponchos leave your hands free for a chair, a kid, and a phone. Umbrellas at baseball tournaments are a social contract violation.
