3 venues. Know where you're going before you leave the parking lot — cell signal near sports complexes is unreliable.
Extra uniform
Two-day tournament. Saturday uniforms will not be game-ready by Sunday morning without a backup.
Ibuprofen / first aid basics
Long weekend, dirt, heat, sore everything. You will need at least one of these.
Rain poncho (not an umbrella)
Ponchos leave your hands free for a chair, a kid, and a phone. Umbrellas at baseball tournaments are a social contract violation.
